Honeycomb Belt

Honeycomb belts are also known as Flat wire conveyor belts. Flat wire belts are manufactured of mainly flat strips connected with rods. Honeycomb belts have large opening areas, larger pitch, which allows more contact with air and environment, good fluid draining/dehydrating capacity, easy for cleaning. Honeycomb is having square or rectangle shape opening areas. Due to the large opening area and larger spiral pitch, it is easy for maintenance and easily replace, damaged and worn out part. Honeycomb belts are manufactured in two types of edges, welded edge and bent edge.

Flat wire belts are having high strength and capacity to carry heavy loads.

Flat wire belts are manufactured from various materials like High carbon steels, Stainless steel grade 304, stainless steel 316. These belts are economical and low price, due to having a longer size of pitches, and ideal for medium and unstable objects.

These belts are operated with sprockets/chain wheels. We do manufacture the sprockets as per customer requirements.
