Enrober Belt

Stainless steel ladder wire belt is made of food-grade stainless steel wire and spring wire, other material can be made by customer’s requirement, because of the large open area, the ladder belt easy washing, easy to clean and high air permeability.

Ladder belt is assembling the successively bent wires, the edge loops include single loop and double loop, most ladder belts choose the single loop edge and only small diameter suitable for double loops edge.

Ladder belt conveyor used for the food processing machine and electronic industry. Enrober Wire mesh belts are used for conveying lightweight and medium weight items in food industries.

Enrober belt has large opening areas, and because of this advantage enrober belt allows maximum environmental contacts which allow maximum dewatering, de-oiling.   These belts are mostly used for heating, cooling, drying, cleaning purposes. Due to its unique construction belt mass being very much less as compared to other wire mesh belts, this helps to use lower power consumption and also because of lightweight, conveying time reduces, additionally it also reduces the cost of power consumption, it requires less cleaning and maintenance. Enrober belts are widely used in coating industries, chocolate industries, sauce, frying industries etc.
