Perforated Screens

We are manufacturing perforated sheets from various raw materials such as Mild steel, Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 316, Brass, Nickel, copper, Inconel, titanium etc. Our screens are widely used in sugar factories in graders, batch centrifugal, continuous centrifugal machine screens, vacuum filter screens, rotary vacuum filters, mud filter screens etc. We are doing very fine perforation of 0.51 mm diameter holes, having 625 Holes per square inches which is widely used in Sugar mill vacuum filtration and other purposes to any size of perforation. We have the capacity to make perforation up to 10 mm diameter, and sheet thickness from 0.3 mm thickness to 10 mm thick.

We are specialized in various types of perforation shapes round holes, oblong holes, rectangle shape, square perforation, capsule type perforations, embossed perforated holes, hexagonal perforations etc.

We can supply perforations in many patterns like straight, diagonally, staggered holes, in various sizes and types of holes. Our advanced technology machines are capable to punch holes with exact and accurate dimensions.

We do have facilities to do perforation with blank/unperforated screens or perforations as per drawings or samples. We are specialised in non-standard perforated screens, which may be fabricated, or bent sheets.
